All this information will be key in helping you gain a deeper understanding of your audience.<\/p>\n<h3>Learn How to Create Targeted Content for Audience Segments<\/h3>\n<p>Customer insights can have a further use because they will allow you to potentially divide the audience into segments, if you haven&#8217;t been able to do that yet. From there, you can analyze these segments further to try to figure out what drives them, because it is in this information that you will find gems that will allow you to more deeply connect with them.<\/p>\n<p>It is these insights, this feeling of connection, that will fuel your content choices. Audience information based on customer insights will help you compose the very topics that will attract them, nurture them, and encourage them to become paying customers. It&#8217;s all about finding ways to fill their needs, and the insights will help you do just that.<\/p>\n<h3>Dive Deeper Into Understanding Your Industry<\/h3>\n<p>On the surface, it may seem as if customer insights will allow you to understand your customers and audience as a whole. This might be the main use for them, but this isn&#8217;t the only thing you can use them for. If you expand out past the obvious, you will realize that the customer insights can give you insights about the industry as a whole.
