This can help the company refine their marketing strategy, tweak their messaging, help improve branding, or even adopt new strategies they may not have thought of.<\/p>\n<h3>Gain Important Competitive Insights<\/h3>\n<p>One of the things that happens to in-house teams while they are implementing a marketing strategy, is that they start to develop a sort of &#8220;tunnel vision&#8221;. They are so focused on their day-to-day tasks, they lose touch on what the competition is doing &#8211; if they even knew what they were doing in the first placing.
